Using ePO 4.5 patch 5, I loaded McAfee agent for windows version 4.6 to the repository and now in the agent logs many machines cannot connect to the ePO server anymore.
All connecting hosts were servers and above Win 2003 SP1. This happened once before on another ePO server and I ended up disabling secure port 443 in ePO settings and manually reinstalling the agent for each problem machine.
I haven't checked logs yet, any idea's why/how this could have happened?
Make sure you checked in all the extensions that goes with ePO agent 4.6. Also make sure you have a deployment task setup.

Hmmm... I had that same problem a while back. Try doing a force push of the agent to a couple of machines. This will force the agent reinstall and replace the key that ePO has for it.
1.Go to DB folder of ePO & check the server & DB log file. if its ok then
2.deploy the McAfee agent on 1one system & test it. if problem persist then update the mcafee agent 4.6 to patch1 & check.
