Do you see all your systems managed under system tree?

Have you checkedin VSE 8.8P3 package and extensions in ePO?

Have you created Product deployment task under Task catalogue?

Have you run this task under Task assignment on organization level?

What we have to establish first is that the single system is getting the updated task.  when you change the task server side, does the client report that it recieved a new task in the Agent Monitor?

Remove the package from Master repository.

All VSE extensions as well.

I 'd suggest you to check-in latest package that is VSe 8.8P3 and its extensions.

Remove the previous Product deployment task and create new one and run it.

If it doesnt work then Send Agent install logs from Mcafee temp and Application Data folder.

Also let me know what erroor do you see when client task fails?

Thanks to everyone that reply. I checked today and found all client installed.

What I decided to do is create new Virtual machine and follow the process again. select machine, go to action, agent, modify task on single system, select client deployment, change schedule to run immediately and bang! i saw it installed

Thanks once again everyone
