I am using ePO 5.10.0 update 3. Does anyone know if there is a way to change the default items that show up on the Short Cut bar when a user logs in?
I have a team of 40+ technicians that use the ePO for their daily tasks and I would like to be able to give them a default set of Shortcut items that they use in their daily work.
Below is the menu bar I am referring to.
I know they can drag and drop the items they want but was just hoping I could have this already setup with a set of their commonly used tools.
Thanks, Pete

No, the only thing that can be a default standard is the dashboard they would see at first, till they change it to their desired dashboard. One of the reasons for not customizing shortcuts is because not every menu item is available for users, depending on their permission set settings.

Thanks, cdinet I was hoping for a different answer but it is what it is. ;>)
You can always submit a per per kb60021, but as I said, not sure how that would work with permission sets limiting menu item visibility.

Yes, indeed. You can drag and drop elements from the menu to the bar and change how they are sorted.
Yes, but you can't customize it for all users, only your own preferences. Each user would need to modify it as desired.
