Compliant vs. Non-compliant

What's the difference? What makes a workstation compliant and non-compliant?

Re: Compliant vs. Non-compliant

The results of the query "McAfee Agent and VirusScan Enterprise (for Windows) Compliance Summary".  If you don't like it, you can duplicate it and create a custom one with your own parameters and then replace the dashboard section with that.

Re: Compliant vs. Non-compliant

If the workstation (McAfee Client machine) is upto date, have all products installed (which you checked in into ePO), have latest DAT & Engine, have all policy received --- This machine should be in Compliant.

If anything missed in the above listed --- This should be in Non-Compliant

Re: Compliant vs. Non-compliant

My 64 bit operating system running Windows 2003 shows 6246.0000 for the DAT version but all other operating systems show 1111.0000 for the DAT version.

Re: Compliant vs. Non-compliant

1111.0000 is a base VSE install.  That means your clients are not updating their dat files at all.  What happens when you send a client a wake up call?
