A Quick Scan task has been created and to start immediately. But I do not know the status? Where do I see if the task ran successfully? Where do I see the result of the task? How do I know if it worked? Where do I see the logs?
Solved! Go to Solution.
1. Your Client task "On-Demand Scan - Quick Scan" is schedule to start every day at 12:00AM.
2. Your Client task "On-Demand Scan - Quick Scan" is depeneded on the Endpoint Security threat prevention -> On-Demand Scan, quick scan tab.
3. My suggestion is to check the Schedule scan option it may be to to scan only when the system is idle. Chances are your servers are busy during 12.00 AM and the its not idle the on-demand scan doesnt start.
Solution is to remove tick under schedule scan option to SCAN ANYTIME. This will adhere to the schedule 12:00AM start and quick scan should work.

Hello, if you want to see wich systems run and complete scan task just go to dashboard
Endpoint Security: Scan Duration
And inside of charts show all data: start, end and system names...etc.
Hope this help you to see what do you want to see 🙂
Do you only have this place to view? Mine is empty in white!
Yes, but did you have any end point added to this ePo?
Yes, I have.
In that situation will be wait to end the scan to show proper information on dashboard.
Only if you assign to managed systems on-demand scans.
p.s
can you show the product deployment task?:
That's exactly the problem, I do not know when the task was started, I do not know if it failed, I do not know the status, I do not know the result. How do I view task logs?

The policy is only one piece of puzzle, if you know what i mean.
I suggest you to get some courses from McaFee to understand universe of security 🙂
If you go to System Tree, click into the client machine you want to know about, then look on the 'Client Events' tab, does that tell you what you want to see?
This part has an unknown error. And with that one of the products was not installed.
