Checking MyAvert connections

Running ePO 4 patch 2, MyAvert has been displayed the message "The latest MyAvert information was not successfully retrieved from McAfee." ever since it was deployed. I want to try and track down which part of the chain is failing but for this I need logs.

Are the connection attempts logged anywhere?

I suspected it would be proxy related, and that appears to confirm it. Thanks.
