Change Agent mode from managed to unmanaged

Hi,

 

In ePolicyOrchestrator 10.7 I have a client I want to remove from being managed to being unmanaged.  I removed it from the Tree and on the box uninstalled everything except the agent which I now can't uninstall.

Thanks in advance for any help with this.

What are the errors trying to uninstall it?  See KB65863 for how to remove the agent manually
