Cant see Agent Log from ePo

I am unable to see any Agent logs from the ePo. I have tried to open the logs on a client using localhost:8081 but no luck.

I am runniing vse 8.8 , ep0 5.0, mcafe agent 4.8.

I also am getting policy enforcement error 2422 on all machines see screen shotsCapture.PNG

Any help much appreciated!

Kind Regards

Wayne Gilard

Re: Cant see Agent Log from ePo

Looked poicy is not getting enforced from the client machine.

On the client machine.

1. Stop framework service.

2. C:\ProgramData\McAfee\Common Framework\DB. delete datastore.bin, server.bin, sitecache.bin files.

3. Start framework service and initiate ASCI from the client machine. Open Agent monitor window and click on the tabs (1-collect and send props, 2- enforce policies etc)

Please update us after following these steps.

Re: Cant see Agent Log from ePo

Please disable VSE AP before stopping framework service.

ASCI is agent server communication interval.
