Cannot edit Mydefault policy Thread Prevention

I cannpt edit MyDefault policy of Endpoint Thread Prevention, some of the tabs are grayed out:

I presume that you are referring to the Low and High risk tabs. These are greyed out because you selected 'Use Standard settings for all processes' under the 'Process settings' section above. If you select 'Configure different settings for High Risk and Low Risk processes' the tabs will become active.

What is the update available on the ePO Server?

Please click on Server Settings>Server Information to check the ePO Update.

so I'am at server information page, what information should I give you? version:  5.10.0.2428

Please provide the screenshot of the server information page and as well as the Extension page where we can check the ENS extension version.

ePo Updated to version 4, and Ufoto had right I had wrong checkbox on policy setting page.

I am attaching the ENS Extension screenshot, Please check whether you are able to see or not in your ePO>Extension.

Also try to update your ePO to update 4 which is available on the Product Download Site.

After that please go to the Management Solutions select ePO and click updates you will be able to see ePO Update 4 

Update 4 for ePolicy Orchestrator 5.10.0 Version 5.10.0 Download this.

Please check the release notes.
