Cannot access ePO console from the client

Hi Everyone,

I already move the ePO from old server to the new server, so far, the installation and the movement looks oke.

but, when i try to access the ePO console from the client, the console cannot access and the message that appear in the browser is

"the connection has timed out", but there is no problem when I ping or remote the server.

I also tried running the ePO console from the server, and the console running normally..

anyone could help me?

Well, I bet in blind your new ePO server is in new location and different network. Port 8443 you use for ePO access needs to be open between client and server. YOU FIREWALLED ?

I've stop the service of ICS, so I guess the firewall is not gonna be an issue now, and I already open port 8443.

maybe there is missing part when i moved the epo to the new server but I don't have any idea what part I've missing.

do you?

oh, and I try to use same hostname in my new epo so the agent could access the epo server
