Can't edit policies in ePO 5.9

Jump to solution

Hello

I am attempting to Edit a policy "On-Access High Risk Processes Policies" but when I click the Edit button. for any High Risk Process, nothing happens. It's almost like it is grayed out. I am logged into ePO as Admin. Is there something I must do in order to edit the process?

This is as designed, the mcafee default will always be read only.  My default and any others are editable.

I have tried IE 11 and Chrome. No love. the little hand is pointing to the button, Either Add or Edit, but I cannot click on them.

I just realized that I have been trying to edit the wrong thing. I was choosing the McAfee Default version of the policy, when I should have been choosing the My Default version. That one I can edit. Not sure why.
