Hi!
Could someone help me please with a trouble in ePO?
Some weeks ago we updated ePO version (in Spanish) from 4.6 to 5.1...and everything went OK (or it seems!). Now I'm trying to edit an existing Access Protection Rule but the webform is all clear!
Additionally... if I try to create a new rule it also doesn't works!
Somebody had noticed this before?
Thanks in advance!

Have you tried reinstalling the extensions for VSE?
Moved to ePO for faster support

Have you tried reinstalling the extensions for VSE?
Check out KB83641.
Also verify 8.3 naming conventions are enabled on the drive where you installed ePO, it is a requirement for ePO... some extensions still have issues with that
Steve Chmiewliski response was absolutely successfull!
I updated VSC extensions and ePO now shows correctly the access-protection policies !!! I had the wrong idea that it was a mistake in ePO installation process!
Thanks to all 'ePO-friends' for their useful responses!
Meetings,
Take a backup of the policies before trying removing extensions
Download the new ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) Support Center Extension which simplifies ePO management and provides support resources directly in the console. Learn more about ePO Support Center
