You might need to update your agent and virus scan version. Go to software manager and check if you have any updates pending...
Refer to my earlier post to find out why it is failing....
masvc log on the client will show it getting the task and invoking it
mcscript log on client will show it downloading the files (or failing to) from the repository and handing it off to the OS to run the setup
install logs on the client will show, if agent was able to get files, any problems with the install itself.
agent logs - c:\programdata\mcafee\agent\logs
install logs - c:\windows\temp\mcafeelogs
