Can't add unwanted Program on EPO Policy

Jump to solution

Hello all you're doing well! back after couple of years Out...
I am facing a problem. When trying to add an unwanted program on the unwanted program policy from EPO, I am not able to click OK. Only the cancel button is active.

I am running EPO 5.3.2.156. VSE 8.8.0. The number of existing entry is below 250. Strange I  am able to modify existing entries.

This problem exist on my Lab and also on the pro server.

Any idea will be appreciated.

I believe you need epo hotfix 1144868

The description doesn't match exactly, but did fix it for me when I had the same issue a while back.

Following is taken from the release notes:

This hotfix addresses the issue where the Save button is disabled when adding a process to the On-Access policy for McAfee Endpoint Security (ENS), McAfee VirusScan Enterprise (VSE), or McAfee Management for Optimized Virtual environments (MOVE).

For more information, please see the McAfee Knowledge Base article KB87371.
