AutoUpdate and FullScan for duplicate agent GUID

Hi there,

I am investigating issues related to duplicate agent GUID. I installed VirusScan Enterprise 8.5i on all managed entities and then schedule AutoUpdate and FullScan. What I found out is that for the managed entities that have duplicate GUID, the scheduled FullScan is not executed but the scheduled AutoUpdate is still executed accordingly. In all cases, the Mac addresses among managed entities are all different. Could anyone provide any explanation on this?
