Audit log tracking change

Hi,

some guy change a policy but we cannot track what was changed. Only we have it's the policy was saved.

Do you know a way to see what was changed ?

Yes, unfortunately then, you are out of luck.  5.10 also added the capability for requiring approvals before implementing task and policy changes.

Hi HS,

Login to ePO as normal.

Then browse:
Menu> Policy-Policy History >
In the new page offered from the top drop down menus select:

'Product' > select the 'Category' > Then 'Name' of the policy.

You should then be presented with a list of the 'policies', the date they were 'saved' and the user that performed the activity.

Using the dates select the 'current' item and the 'item' that was saved before it.
Now from the 'Actions' button (bottom left corner) select 'compare policy' and in the new window click the button named 'Show Only Differences'

The page should refresh and show the differences between what 'was' set and what 'is' now set side by side.

Hi,

thank you for your reply.

Sorry I've forgot to tell my ePO version is 5.3.3.

I think that it's just to ePO 5.9.1.
