Agent will stop communicating...

Agent will stop communicating with the EPO server.
we got the latest version of agent 4.1421 and EPO 4.

since agent was not installing in some systems I pushed it thru SMS and force cmdagent /p to communicate with EPO and it will work fine.

The number of compliant systems will go up but after some time that number will come back down.. Is there a way to scan or to identify if Agent is corrupted or not properly installed in those systems????

i submited a ticket and no reply yet.. hoping to get some help here while waiiting for a tech to come back to me..
