As it resolves the error that the agent is not updated on the client computers, I have served using the command Regsvr32.exe% Windir% \ System32 \ Ole32.dll Anyone know another option ??

You may consider reviewing the ePO/Agent log for errors; then post the error if you find one:
McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator provides log files that contain important information when troubleshooting:
check in the environment-variable of your client, where the temp folder is,
there should be a directory e.g. c:\temp\ McAfeeLogs, which tells you more
about the last installation and updates.
