I'm trying to update the agent in one of the stations, but it does not update. The following message appears:
"Starting the session update.
Checking ePO_SOPHOS repository of update packages. Error updating the product. Failure in the upgrade process."
Does anyone know what can it be ?
Is it definitely the McAfee Agent you are trying to update or are you running a Product/Signature update client task?
Please can you provide information from the Log file which identifies which packages failed to update?
