I couldn't find this as I was reading about agent handlers, I'm wondering how they update from the ePO server if they are in a different network, as in 'behind a NAT' ?
They would rely on the underlying network structure to provide a suitable route to the ePO server.
Port requirements for ePO (and Agent Handlers) are in support article: KB66797 - Ports needed by ePO 4.x for communication through a firewall.
Download the new ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) Support Center Extension which simplifies ePO management and provides support resources directly in the console. Learn more about ePO Support Center
