I'm facing some issue with the epo 4.5 Agent Handler (patch 3) with the apache.exe services running on 6 (AH) of Windows Server 2008 R2 server as shown below. When this error occured, the specific apache.exe will stop handling the incoming event parser. The funny things is that the apache.exe is not hang or stopping due to this error. Alternative solution, I have to reset apache.exe services when it stop doing his jobs.
I have called up the McAfee support but there is no solution provided.
This error was captured from the server event log with event id=1000 (Application Error)

Maybe you guys out there can share the permanent solution if having the same issue as me. Thanks.
Same happens to me with a newly installed Agent Handler. OS ist Windows 2008 SP2, ePO Version 4.5.4 HF 1. Eventlog shows multiple "event 1000" - entries:
Faulting application apache.exe, version 18.104.22.168, time stamp 0x48d60715, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 6.0.6002.18327, time stamp 0x4cb73436, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x00044961, process id 0x1910, application start time 0x01cc8a42be12d019
These appear every 2 to 20 minutes.
When restarting the eventparser (which ceased to process events) everything works again - for a short time. Attached is a server.log. Crashes happened at 10:49 and 10:51.
