Agent 4.0 failing to bind to port

I'm rolling out a new install of ePO 4 and everything has been going smooth except one server will not respond to agent wakeup calls. The agent will successfully communicate with the ePO server and run tasks though. I have reinstalled the agent several times including doing a force uninstall prior to the reinstall. Netstat does not report any processes listening on port 8081.

When I've seen this sort of problem it's always been a clinet name resolution problem from the server.

Can you ping the affected clinet by name from the ePO server - and if so does the IP address returned match the actual server IP address ?

Pinging the affected client from the ePO server is successful and returns the correct hostname and IP address.

Im getting exactly the same error and can also ping my affected client from the ePO server with it returning the right IP addrress.

Any ideas anyone?

I have a case logged with McAfee about this. Looking at my affected server I can see that I do not have a TCP listening port for my agent wake up, I have a UDP port but no TCP. Could this be the problem?
