AD Password change -> license key again required?

Hey There.

I experience a problem that when i change the password of the "adm-epo" in the AD, and i want to login the to the epo console, it says: "Error loading licensefile. ..." (see attched screenshots)

We are running ePO 4.5 P3 on a MS Server 2003 - epo was installed using the "adm-epo" account. The SQL-DB is running on a seperate SQL Server.

When i change the password back to the old one, everything works fine again, but we NEED to change that password.

Did you also change the setting in the ePO database settings page ? (https://localhost:8443/core/config-auth)

n.b. - assumes you are using default port 8443.

This message is normally about a failure to connect to the Sql server.
