Please check the following kb's - KB84114 and KB83384. There are other causes for this issue than what is listed in the KB, so they are very relevant. The first one determines whether an internal task is missing or not from the task queue. If it is, it tells how to get it restored. The second one determines whether the internal task is running on the correct schedule or not. The dbcleanup and another task queue maintenance task runs every minute, so when you run the script in the kb to validate status, the enqueued and run times need to update every minute. If they don't, that second kb tells how to get it back on schedule. Backlog of datachannel communication issues can cause that to get out of sync because the task can't keep up with the number of requests coming in and not getting processed. So, if one of the kb's resolves your issue, keep an eye on things. If issue returns, please open a ticket with McAfee so we can determine where things are breaking down.
