upportcenter.exception.SupportCenterException: Exception occurred in fetching data. Response code : 503 and Response received : 503 . May i know the error is coming the orion logs

Are you using a proxy and/or firewall that may be blocking that?  A Wireshark capture might help determine that.

Are you using a proxy and/or firewall that may be blocking that?  A Wireshark capture might help determine that.
