old reports is not showing in Epo 4.0

Hi,

We have upgraded the Epo from 3.6.0 to 4.0 successfully without any problem.

Fantastic One Epo 4.0

But we are unable to get the previous month reports.

Any way to restore it back.

You should still be able to use the old 3.6 console to run your reports. ePO 4.0 I am pretty sure uses a different DB schema and when you upgrade it starts a new db called ePO4_ServerNameHere.

we have upgrade our EPO from 3.6.1 to Version 4.0

from where i have to go to see the old console.

You can just download the 3.6 console from mcafee download section and then add the database in the reporting section, then run your reports. You do not have to login to ePO in the console to run reports.

We are not happay from the Epo4.0 reporting style.

When you install the ePO package it should give you two choices between the ePO Console and the ePO Server Install.

I doubt that you can logon to an ePO 4.0 server with an ePO 3.6.x console. You said you have upgraded the machine so there is no ePO 3.6x server service left.

ePO 4.0 has a new reporting section where you should also get your old report data (but not reports!).

he should be able to use a 3.6 console to access the OLD 3.6 DB still....

This would assume that he left the original 3.6 database and didnt update it to 4

As far as I know ePO 4.0 creates a new DB from what I can tell.
