need help to configure forward logs to syslog server

we have made a config on registered server to foward events to a syslog using the default syslog port 514 it can receive logs by UDP or TCP but the config does not seems to work Can you please assist us in this config

Please check the below KB article for the syslog configuration:

How to set up an example syslog server for use with ePolicy Orchestrator 

Please make sure that the Test Connection is successful.

If you are seeing any error please check the Orion.log

Hi pbgomes,

Could you please elaborate your issue in details. Syslog server must be SSL enabled. McAfee ePO server syslog client supports SyslogNG RFC 5424 + 5425 only which requires TCP, and Transport Layer Security (TLS). There is no support for UDP or unencrypted TCP syslog receivers.

Also ensure that you are using a syslog-ng capable receiver.
