Did you mean:

multiple simultaneous actions from one ePO user

Hi, the topic description might be misleading - what I've bean meaning to ask is, are the any recommendation against doing different things in separate web browser windows on the ePO - for example having multiple active IE tabs open with ePO settings,  client events and threat events log? Is this fine, or is it better to only have one active ePO tab?

Re: multiple simultaneous actions from one ePO user

Hi,
... and thanks for the description makes more sence!

If you mean 'User1' logs in , 'User2' logs in etc and each from a different system to perform operations, this is fine and ok, each user is unique.
'User1' vs 'User2' vs 'User3' etc

System and estate security is not at risk or compramised.

***

If you mean 'User4 is logged in and another person logs in as 'User4' and so on, no that is bad!
The data, action events, records can be lost, over written, certainly out of sequance and the 100% impossible to trace should one of the people logged in as 'User4' makes a mistake (they are human after all).

System and estate security is at high risk and is compramised.
User credentials should NEVER be shared.

Re: multiple simultaneous actions from one ePO user

It can also possibly cause policy corruption.  If you want multiple browsers open, that is ok because they are different sessions.  As long as the console is open in different sessions, you are fine - just not multiple tabs in same session.
