I have Virus Scan Enterprise 8.8.0 on my pc.  I am trying to uninstall that and then install Endpoint Security and Threat protection.  I apologize, but I am freshly assigned to this server and the person that set it up left without instruction.  I am clearly having a teachable moment with this!

No problem, we are here to help.  Follow the KB I gave you to first see get the agent communicating, even if you have to eventually remove everything, reboot and reinstall the agent.

Thanks.  I'll try that.  Unfortunately, I am obligated to a full day of demo today so this will have to wait.

I was actually able to update to the new agent and the system updated immediately.  Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
