failed to upload package to epo server

Dear Team,

We are facing issue with our two EPo server this issue suddenly noticed by us, the Server console is working properly .

But we are unable to give wakeup & product deployment to the client system.

When did this issue start and what changed?  Has the server been renamed?

HI,

We noticed that we have deployed agents on the inactive client every 4 hours but the client task goes fails.

So I checked the last 7 days fail server task & found issue came on last Saturday.

But we didn't make any changes to EPO server & DB.

This is a pretty bad error, so I am going to send you a list of things to check.

Error obtaining MY AH_ certificate from cert store

Check to see if 8.3 naming convention is enabled.  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\FileSystem

Do you have any agent handlers?  These tables should match for epo server and any agent handlers you have installed, if any.  If there are any extra entries, let me know.

In the epo install directory, server\keystore, double-click on each of the .crt files.  There should be one for each agent handler and epo.  If you have extra there, let me know, as well as if there are some that don't match any current server name.

Thank you for your support. 

We are not using additional AH only two EPO server with 7k clients. 

Also we checked policies are applied even task also applied. 

We check with different system policies & task working.
