My epo was 5.9.1 and agent use 5.6.5 , ens use 10.6.1 July update.
This problem from epo display client system status .
System wasn't install ens and update amcore in epo . but we watch client system detection all was finish .
We exclusion network and standard firewall effect .
so what happened was this problem .

The update from the client side is running , but from the ePO side is not refreshing .. or ?
Maybe ports ?
I Change other depiction .
The client system amcore and endpoint security can update new version.
but in epo system tree only watch client system wasn't update .
so simply was epo not refresh .
All port was open in this environment

Thanks for your response.
Could you please try to send a wake-up agent call selecting the Force option or Please try to click on Collect and Send Props from client machine and see whether the properties are getting updated or not.

So you mean that DAT is updating to the client machine but 'updated props' is not updating to ePO service.
Is MA on the client machine communicating to the ePO server? Please open 'Agent monitor' from client machine system tray and click on tabs 1- collect and send props, 2- check for new policies, 3- send events. Are you getting any error message ?

we can watch in the picture.
McAfee ENS Platform didn't have any epo data.
For those of us that can't read that language, the screenshot doesn't tell us much. I would suggest opening a ticket with McAfee so we can look at logs.
