epo 5.9 to 5.10 upgrade - agent handler check?

I am planning to upgrade epo from 5.9 to 5.10. The environment this is happening on is using a DMZ Agent Handler. I have already ran the ePO Pre-Installation Auditor on the main ePO server and completed all prerequisites for the Upgrade. My question here is, should I be running the ePO Pre-Installation Auditor on the Agent Handler as well, or is this not needed?

Its possible but not all checks will apply as most of the checks are done from the ePO server itself.

If you run it on the Remote AH then you will benefit only from few checks, such:

• Confirms that your server meets the McAfee ePO and SQL Serverhardware requirements.
• Verifies that the services that must be stopped, can be, and that nothird-party software can cause the services to start unexpectedly.
• Checks for Microsoft Windows scheduled tasks and automaticupdates
• Determines whether Microsoft Windows 8.3 naming is enabled.
• Checks for pending file rename operations.
• Checks for operating system permissions. Identifies the versions of McAfee ePO that the server operating system and version support
• Verifies that no file handles are open in the McAfee ePO directory

Hello There, 

As a best practice, you may run ePO Pre-Installation Auditor on Agent Handler as well, however that optional, basically it will do a health check.
