Great, you are facing the issue from the article and you can safely follow it as you are missing one task with name "DC DB Clean-up Tasks"
If you don't have any updates applied, the kb won't work because it was missing entirely from the task table. Please make sure you have installed updates.

EDIT: The steps from the article will also recreate the task if it exist when running the next query from the article:
SELECT Id, name, UniqueKey, Enabled FROM OrionSchedulerTaskMT WHERE name like '%db clean%'
A base ePO 5.10 just have one task hence the recommendation from my colleague is to apply the latest possible update as it is a cleaner fix for this issue 🙂
it works by following the steps.
what is the root cause and why this happened as i need to provide a report about this issue.
many thanks for you supports
Root cause is that with no updates applied, the base install of epo 5.10 was missing that task. Update is needed to get that task created in database and added to queue. If you did have an update applied, it is possible the datachannel tables were already too large for the task to keep up with (it runs every minute) and could have caused it to fail.
