Re: ePO urgent question

safeboot, my question was to Tristan.

"I'm guessing they're trying to say that you (or someone else who had access to your personnal PC) installed EEPC (unlikely but not impossible).

What you need to prove is that it's their version that has been installed and the only way to do that is to unlock it.

The only way to 'prove it' is if one of their corporate username/passwords unlocks the PC"

Hello Sunw_Dream2000.

You may try login User Name=xxxxxxx(xxxxxxis your login name which you use for windows login), Password=12345(Default Password) then u'll get prompt for Password Change.

OR

You can contact your McAfee Administrator.

Re: ePO urgent question

This doesn't work.

Can the safeboot server see your machine without VPN? So just plugged in it, the server would find it through internet?

Hello Sunw_dream200.

It's better you contact McAfee Administrator(who manages mcafee for your organisation)......

Re: ePO urgent question

It's not a matter of "seeing" - just because a server can ping your machine, does not mean it can install things on it.
