ePO update 12 - Upgraded log4J to 2.17.1

Jump to solution

If you've already upgraded log4J to 2.17.1 using ePO 5.10 Update 11 Hotfix 2, do you need to install update 12?

If you do, and agent handlers aren't affected by the log4j vulnerability, do you need to upgrade them as well?

Its not required to upgrade to CU 12.

No additional vulnerabilities are addressed between ePO 5.10 Update 11 Hotfix 2 and ePO 5.10 Update 12 as ePO isn’t vulnerable to CVE-2021-44832. See KB95123 for documentation on why ePO isn’t vulnerable to CVE-2021-44832.
