ePO task to run batch file to collect system property

Hello,

I'm now using ePO 4.5.

I have been looking for the way to run cmd batch file to collect system property via ePO console. My idea is to collect registry value from client machine and put it on Custom Properties on ePO.

Anyone please advice how to do that or if there is any resource / article on internet I can look into it.

Thank you.

Re: ePO task to run batch file to collect system property

McAfee already has an app for that, search for McAfee System Information Reporter (SIR).

It's an ePO plug-in essentially to do exactly that.

Separately please bear in mind that ePO 4.5 is reaching end of life Dec 31st, you really should also consider upgrading to a more recent version.
