ePO Upgrade

Good day

I need to upgrade a ePO server from 5.10 update 4 to 5.10 update 11 hotfix 2. What would be the best upgrade path to get it to update 11?

You would just run the epoupdater like you did with previous update, but be sure to go through KB94079 and KB91519, as extension and tls/cipher requirements will change with update 11.  Once you get update 11 updated on epo and all agent handlers, if any, you can download hotfix 2 from software catalog and run that on the epo server.  You can, however, wait for update 12, which is due to be released today, that contains the log4j items in the hotfix.

As with any install or update, ensure you have full backups of epo file system and database per kb66616 before making any changes.
