Just recently completed Update 10...everything went ok. Now doing Update 11 and after 99% complete it fails. The first error in the log is....

I havent been able to track anything down on searches. Ideas?

Solved! Go to Solution.
Then something else is interfering with that file, try restarting the machine to release any handles on that file and if the problem persist then try the update while running a procmon to see what's interfering with the file/ service

It sounds like the service is restarted during the update, do you have any software on your environment doing that? we have seen this issue affecting another .dll

I dont think that applies to us. Its a Windows server with Just ePO on it and the Mcafee agents. We have another environment with the same setup and Update 11 installed successfully. I dont see any other services that would do that.
