since you regenerated the key, does that match now what is in the server settings security keys for local master rpo key pair?

That is a problem. Do you have an eposerverinfobackup table? If so, does that field show a hash?

That masterkeyhash value is actually the agent communication key master. What shows in the epo console for the agent-server secure communication keys?
