ePO Debug folder filling

our Debug folder is filling with events.

Path: C:\Program Files (x86)\McAfee\ePolicy Orchestrator\DB\Events\Debug

Number of systems managed: 3000

Number of files: 4500

Files per day: about 250

Number of XML files (seem to belong to FRP): 3900

Number of TXML files (seem to belong to ENS): 600

My Questions

1. is this reason for concern?

2. under which conditions are these files created

3. What happens to these events described in the files? Are they lost, or are they entered into the DB after the file has been created?

Re: ePO Debug folder filling

Thanks for your post.

These are the bad events which didn’t parsed to the database or the events which are not able to get parsed will go to the Debug folders.

To know what exactly is happening please try to check eventparser.log.

You can also try to copy few events and try to paste them outside the debug folder and see whether the events are getting parsed.
