Database Memory check for ePO_server reported very high usage of memory, how to fix it?

One thing to note is that sql, by nature, will use all available memory on a server, no matter how much is installed.  The best practice is to limit sql memory usage in the sql properties.  It depends on how much ram is installed, but you can set it to either 2/3 or 3/4 installed ram to leave plenty for the OS.  That can help that issue so that the system isn't resource starved.

Are you getting this failure message in 'support center'. May I know what version of ePO/support center extension you are using?

Make sure that we have 8.3 naming convention enabled on ePO server.
