In Server Settings on the McAfee ePO Cloud Bridge. I can't connect and I get an error that says "Load failed! Status; 500; Text: Configuration SERVER SETTINGS" I have an open case with McAfee. The case has been open since May 27th and I all I get on a weekly basis is that Engineering is working on it.

I found it. There are 3 development teams working on this to find cause - ePO, MAR and Cloud Bridge. There are no meaningful updates at the moment.

McAfee has released KB94600 which explains that epo 5.10 patch 10 is not compatible with ePO Cloud Bridge 1.3.0.104. The solution is to rollback ePO patch 10 to patch 9. This was as of June 10th 2021.
