ePO Apache service down

Greeting,

We have ePO 5.3.2 installed on a VM, we  replicated a copy from this VM in our DR site, using "double-take" application, when we turn off the production ePO and fail over the DR ePO, the apache service in the DR ePO does not start.

both servers have the same computer name and the same IP address, just different MAC addresses, any suggestions please?

Regards,

Re: ePO Apache service down

KB66616 is our disaster recovery document.  There are 2 supported ways to copy your current environment to a test environment.  One is using the snapshot recovery option (see product guide for epo) and the other is manual recovery per KB66616.
