ePO 5.9.1 SHA1 to SHA2 - Regenerated but still SHA1?

I have just regenerated the certificates on our ePO 5.9.1 server to try and kick off a migration to SHA2 as it seems a pre-requisite for ePO 5.10 Update 13

However the newly generated certificate still seems to be a SHA1? (SHA256withRSA showing for Product: Client Certificate Authorization, Product: Server Certificate, Product: Data Exchange Layer) SHA1withRSA only for Product: Agent Handler, Root Certificate

Am I missing something obvious...
