ePO 5.10 Agent Last Communication is blank or not correct
I have a very strange thing when I check the client machines: Our customer have ePO 5.10 Update 7 and they use mcafee agent 220.127.116.11 (extension) , 18.104.22.168(package).
First of all, when I sent agent wake up, this process working succesfull and I show on mcafee agent status monitor. When I do it over the user, it successfully communicates with the server. There is no problem it. When I checked last communication on epo console, some machines' last communication time is blank or not updated. But task is running successfully when it is sent.
I tried remove all mcafee products and reinstall. It works fine for a some days but then the same situation is experienced again.
By the way, I checked last communication time on database ( dbo.EPOLeafNodeMT table ) but last communication time shows old time.

If it is old value in the database, then there are some other problems going on. What is the count of the epocomputerpropsstaging table? You would match the masvc log on the client for when it does an asci and server log on epo or agent handler that it is talking to for any errors collecting props, or processing props. Check also to make sure there are no duplicate entries for that system in epo.
