ePO 4.6.9 and MSSQL 2014

Hi, I know ePO 4.6 is EOL and doesn't officially support MSSQL 2014 but has anyone here managed to transfer their ePO database from MSSQL 2008 to MSSQL 2014?

We need to decommission our MSSQL 2008 server really soon...

Our MSSQL 2014 server is at the 2012 compatibility level if it makes any difference.

I don't expect McAfee to officially answer this one but maybe the community can help out
