ePO 4.5 Agent Handler question

We have the a physical server that houses are ePO and running the DB in our sql farm. We have a agent handler setup in our DMZ and wanting our external clients that rarely connect to our network to be able to get there update policies, etc.

Do we need to have a external ip with port forwarding setup to point to the DMZ agent handler or does the agent handler handle those communications automaticaly?

Are we setting that up the correct way or is there a specific way to have it done.

I hope this explains what i am wanting to accomplish

Re: ePO 4.5 Agent Handler question

If the Agent Handler is in the DMZ I would assume it is exposed to the world so you shouldn't need to do anything. As long as you can get to it without going through a NAT there should be no issues.
