download error

hi all,

hope you are fine.

when i try to download a software from the Software manager, i got this error:

2/17/15 10:33:10 AM  Started: Check In Components 

2/17/15 10:33:10 AM  Downloading the following component: 

2/17/15 10:33:10 AM  Agent Package (type PACKAGE) - filename=PATMOS__1000_1922.zip 

2/17/15 10:33:16 AM  Failed to get the list of urls to download. This is usually a error on the Mcafee server. Please try again later.

Any help with that?

Seems to be an issue at the McAfee servers end, epo.mcafee.com also returns a 504 Gateway Timeout error message at the moment.

Are you still having the issue today?  If so, I will make sure there is an IT ticket opened for it.

Software Manager can't refresh its list of components either.

I tested a few downloads from the download page and they seem to be working.  However, software manager is not.  I will open a ticket.

I'm having the same issue. Been happening for at least a day.

Please check again and if still having problems, post screenshots of the errors you are getting.

If you click on refresh to update software manager, does that fail or succeed? Does the orion log or epoapsvr log show any errors? Can you download them manually from software manager?
