See if this will resolve your issue.

If you want to remove tieserver from ePO and the DXL broker installed on the box, just take that system offline and delete the system from the System Tree manually.

Hi Paweł_P,

If you are going to completely remove TIE/DXL from your environment, simply remove the associated extension.

Extensions :

McAfee DXL

McAfee TIE Server

Open EPO console-->extension-->search for the above extensions.

Are those TIE/DXL communicating to same EPO server...? If yes, do not remove it.

Also may i know what exactly are you trying to achieve here. So that we can guide you accordingly.

Hi,

Ok, it is one ePO server with DXL/TIE/MAR - works fine.

Then I decided to install another DXL/TIE (same ePO server) so my topology in ePO Server Setting shows now more then one DXL/TIE servers.

Then VM with second DXL/TIE was removed from datastore. How to clean ot from ePO while first DXL/TIE must stay?

Regards

Paweł

You have to follow some procedure to disable services and remove entries from ePO console. Attached KB article for your reference.

https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB91043&actp=null&viewlocale=en_US&showDraft=f...

However since you already removed datastore from VM, am not sure if we do have an alternate way to remove the entries from ePO. Let me check and let you know.
