agent and dat not update

Hello Dear friends

I have problem with agent and Dat updates in some of my comupters, and I asked my problem so many times and do not reach the right answer and my problem not fixed, would u please help me?

in epo I have this error

Were you Abel to resolve this issue. We are seeing the same problem in the logs. Systems communicate fine, but Update will not completed for DAT or any package we push.
